Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Areas

We deliver within Germany and to selected international destinations. The available shipping destinations and associated costs are displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.

2. Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after receipt of payment. Delivery within Germany usually takes 2–5 business days. International deliveries may take 5–14 business days depending on the destination. All delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order and the delivery destination. The exact shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. For orders within Germany, shipping is free for orders over €50.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number (where available). You can use this number to track the status of your delivery on the carrier's website.

5. Customs and Import Duties

For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. Please check with your local customs office for further information.

6. Delivery Issues

If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, or if you receive damaged goods, please contact us at sales@malighting.com with your order number. We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
