Refund & Return Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from the purchase. You may use the sample withdrawal form below, though its use is not mandatory.

2. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this purchase, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

3. Return Conditions

Goods must be returned in their original packaging where possible.
Goods must be unused and in resalable condition.
Please include a copy of your order confirmation or invoice with the return.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return for hygiene or customisation reasons:

Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery.
Goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.
Customised or personalised products made to your specifications.

5. Damaged or Defective Goods

If you receive goods that are damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at sales@malighting.com with your order number and a description (and photo, if possible) of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
